Account Deletion Policy

To initiate the deletion of your profile and data, please send an email to gogoiladitya@gmail.com containing the following information:

• Registered Name
• Registered Mobile Number
• Registered Email Address
• Reason for deletion

Processing Time

Upon receiving your request, please allow KhatiAxom ("Developer") up to 30 days to process your request and respond accordingly. We encourage you to send all data-related requests through the email address linked to your account. KhatiAxom ("Developer") may need to verify your identity before proceeding with your request.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account as well as your personal data stored with Khati Axom by submitting the above details. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all services, including your exam history, progress records, and saved content. For avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that anonymised aggregate data and transaction records required under applicable law may be retained for the legally mandated period.
